How much does it cost?A standard industry referral fee is charged when a sale is successfully closed with a referred customer. Fee is to be paid to HomeProdigy by the title company.

Any agent from any agency can join the referral network. HomeProdigy's proprietary matching process displays those agents that best fit the customer's needs. The customer chooses up to 5 agents they like best, then directly contacts those agents they like best by either phone or email.
How are agents and customers matched?
Using MLS data we analyze where agents are the most active and what kind of homes they have helped buy and sell. Additionally, we use customer feedback (if available) and any matching criteria optionally provided by either the agent or the customer. The top matches are displayed as seen in the image above. Our bottom line can be defined as "success = happy agent + happy customer + successfully completed sale".
How much does it cost?
Searching for homes on HomeProdigy is free for both customers and agents. When our customer decides to use Agent Match, NextProdigy, Inc. (owner of HomeProdidgy.com), as a real estate broker, refers this customer to the selected agent, charging the standard industry referral fee, but paid only for successfully closed transactions.
How to get started?
(1) Sign the HomeProdigy customer referral agreement. (2) Provide a phone number for customers to call. (3) Attach your business card to the agreement and/or create an agent account online.
