Star Ratings

Remember your opinion of the house by ranking it 1 to 5, where 1 is the worst and 5 is the best.

Change your ratings at any time. Login from your internet enabled phone and rate a house while you are viewing it.

Or, for example, if you don't want a house to keep appearing in your search results, then simply give that house a star rating of 1 and set your search criteria to only show houses with no stars or more than 2 stars.... and, Presto! That annoying house has been vanquished from your search results.

Save a Home to Your List of Favorites

Save your favorite houses to a list. Name the list anything you want. Make unlimited lists. Add each house to multiple lists.

Home Shoppers often name their lists after each section of town that interest them. Agents often name their lists after their clients.

Email your list to others. Your Star Ratings and Notes are not shared. We guard your privacy as we would want others to guard ours (see our privacy policy)

Notes

Remember your thoughts in your online notepad and throw away your scrap pieces of papers. Every house is unique as are you, so write down what is uniquely important to you.

Saved Searches and Email Alerts

1^st Enter critera into the search box located at the top left of each page.

2^nd Click the Search button.

3^rd Select the "Save Search" link inside the search box. Give the Search and memorable title and select if you want frequent updates, then click "Save".
