The type of MLS information which may be viewed, and the manner in which information may be used, by registered account holders at HomeProdigy.com varies with the type of account of the user, and in compliance with MLS rules and applicable laws

Currently HomeProdigy provides MLS information on only residential dwellings which are available for purchase (as opposed to lease). The MLS divides these properties into Property Types. The broad groups of Property Types used are single family detached (e.g. house), single family attached on a lot (e.g. townhouse), or single family attached in a multi‐story building (e.g. condominium). The HomeProdigy data for these different groups is illustrated by different map icons.

Each property that is, or has been, listed or sold through the MLS system is also assigned a Listing Status, depending on the current state of that listing.  The broad categories of MLS List Statuses are Active On Market (available now), Active Off Market (under some type of contract), or Sold.  There are also Other more specialized categories.

HomeProdigy helps you determine the current List Status for each property by the use of color.
