There are Three Account Types : (1) Customer – available to individuals who meet our terms of service for a customer account ‐ and who are actively considering the sale or purchase of a property in the relatively near future, and who request our assistance in providing reliable market information to facilitate that process. Customer accounts can view information on both active listings and sold properties which are pertinent to their decision making process.(2) Agent – available to licensed real estate agents who meet our terms of service for a agent account – and who are also members in good standing with their MLS Provider. Agent accounts can view all types of listings, and also have access to listing information available only to MLS members. * Based upon our Terms of Service
Consumer or Agent Consumers can be granted access to sold data under the correct conditions, whereas agents always have access to sold data plus other agent only data, which is never available to customers. Agents also have access to the Agent Services functionality, which is designed to help them with their marketing needs. These include Mobile Flyer site information, website marketing, print mailers, and others. These services are available only to agents who are members of their local MLS systems. Therefore, we have restricted access to Agent Services to avoid possible confusion. Of course, because MLS Agents have access to data and services not available to others, we have taken the extra precaution of verifying the agent's identity via the local real estate association's MLS provider. This is required by MLS and is done to protect the agent's name, reputation, and brand. |
